Waterfall creation

I want to create a landscape where I have a river and somewhere on the map, the river goes with a waterfall to another river/lake. Does anyone know how to create the waterfall effect? It’s for a cinematic so I want it to be continuous with one source of water. I tried to do it with Niagara Fluids but it’s crashing if I adjust it to the width and length of the river=>waterfall=>river/lake. Any help on how to make it? If you need an example of what I mean, search Godafoss waterfalls. Thanks in advance!

Hey there @AN-gamemaster! Welcome back to the community! So the UE5 water system doesn’t have a preset for waterfalls as of yet. Likely due to the water plugin utilizing landscape brushes, it isn’t very effective at “Seamless” for waterfalls especially if it’s a cinematic.

Faking it is often better than fluid sim if you can’t render fluid sim! Usually we’d lean towards Niagara for the spray and a panning/world shifting texture on an SM.
