Water System surface height problem / bug

Hello, I am currently trying to set up a level with a water body ocean but I just can’t get it to work. I watched multiple tutorials including the one about the water system from the official documentation, but nothing works. I create a new level and delete everything I don’t need, then I go into landscape mode and enable edit layers. After that I create the landscape and go back into select mode to select it, after that I drag the water body ocean on it as shown in the tutorial. But after I do that I get this weird problem where the ocean is far over my landscape and I can’t get it down. I tried lowering TerrainMinZ in MPC_Water like mentioned in another post about this problem but it doesn’t work. I am using unreal engine 4.26.2, please help me I just started using UE4 a few days ago.
