Water Shader Different in Standalone/Packaged vs Editor (4.23.1)

Hi all,

Very lost as to what’s causing this… spent many hours trying to debug the issue, definitely think it is landscape or distance field related issue. Am on engine 4.23.1.
So far on our team, issue is replicated on 3 PC’s, and work’s as intended on 1 PC. As you can see below, water lacks depth layer in standalone mode:


Any thoughts or ideas appreciated. Have tried changing settings in standalone, looking at distance field, regenerating global distance fields, lighting, etc…
No errors in message log when game is getting packaged or run in standalone mode.
