Water Rendering Issue

So I have created a simply water texture and if I look at it part of the reflection gets cut off if I look to far down(See Video)…I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is wrong with it. what does your refraction nodes look like?

That is Screenspace reflections. Try to use planar reflections.

Also if you can see in the video there are weird white spots in the water. That is because in my BaseColor node I have a white color. If I wanted that to be a transparent color how would I go about doing that?
