Enabling substrate materials ruins water completely, is this supposed to happen?

Okay i fixed it, even though i reset it somehow water materials pins were wrong.
I am facing same problem,
got no solution,
without substrate you cant use nordic assets, and
after substrate you cant change water.
wth
