That appears to be a bug in the stat tracking of the VulkanStagingBuffer stat. The stat only appears to be updated on staging buffer acquisition, but doesn’t on staging buffer release. We will look into a fix, and have logged a ticket https://issues.unrealengine.com/issue/UE-350403.
