Vulkan reflection probe bug

I’m seeing an issue with reflection maps when running the -vulkan flag on Windows. After baking reflections in a scene with multiple reflection probes (either cube or spheres), when I reload the scene (after saving all files), every reflection probe in the scene will use a single (the same) cubemap. This does not happen when running WITHOUT the -vulkan flag.
