Trying to build UE5.6 in a corporate security environment
Fresh Epic + Unreal 5.6Engine reinstall a few times now
+Full Administrator rights added for user by IT
+Running VS in admin mode
+Verbose log enabled
+recent vulnerable packages updated
+rc.exe cl.exe is where it says it is
+rc.exe can run standalone with no errors
+all Windows 10+11 SDKs present
+tried Enterprise and Professional VS version
+regenerated solution with each step trying to fix
+false
+ProgramFiles/Epic Game made fully writable
+Overall Configuration Status [Green]
+OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise
+Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100
Building and running just blueprint works fine and engine starts
Converting to C++ or starting with c++ yields this result
