VR Template: Interacting with hinged physics objects

I’m banging my head against the wall here trying to figure out how to rig a door with the new VR Template in 4.13.
I’ve played around with the BP_PickupCube blueprint with my own objects, works great.
But I’m stumbling when I try to figure out how to modify it or combine it in another BluePrint to have a door that is grabbable with VR controller, and swing on the hinge.
I’m having difficulty grasping if I should switch off Physics for instance. And I can’t apply physics hinge onto BP_PickupCubes if I remember correctly (yes, probably stupid of me to even think that I could :wink: )
Any hints or tricks to setting this up?

Otherwise, the VR template was a great inclusion, I was up and running in no time.
