I just posted this to the UE4 AnswerHub. I thought I’d link to it here and see if anyone here knows what it is I’m overlooking.
To get right to the point, I use a human mesh that is the same height as me to check HMD height. I’m finding that my eye level in the HMD is about 6 inches or so shorter than it should be.
I didn’t go messing with things too much because I get the sense that “Set Tracking Origin” being set to “floor” should be the main thing that gets the HMD to the correct height.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
