VR Preview does not work with 4.23 and HTC Vive

I have started Building VR Scene with Unreal 4.23 and VR preview is greyed out.
Tested Vive, It works with packaged games on my machine, works with Unreal 4.22.
Restarted several times.
Unreal SteamVR plugin is enabled in 4.23
Any Ideas

I have the same issue. Did you manage to solve this?
