VR HMD Locomotion problem

Hi all,

I made this video so I can tell and show my problem.

The problem is I use the HMD locomotion pawn. It activates buttons when I look at them. But I want the buttons to be activated the moment I step on them. I hope anyone can help me out and tell what settings to change.
