VR FPS Camera stabilization

Hellom fellow developers!

I have a problem. My project has VR. Not using any motion controllers, only joystick.
Ther problem is Character Camera is not tracking HMD

There is a following chain of attachments in my Character (from left to right):
Camera → Billboard → SpringArm → head bone

Camera is set to LockToHMD = false, everything else is default
SpringArm is set to use pawn Control Rotation, everything else is default

Camera is not tracking HMD movement in package, but works pretty well in VR Preview

I can’t understand what causes the problem. Did anyone had the same experience with VR?
