VR DEV - Load a few meshes into scene and bogs down peformance. How to fix?

Hi, I am new to VR but have been taking classes to learn unreal. Anytime I add multiple meshes to my scene performance becomes terrible and starts to feel wavy. Is it because of my lighting? I have my rendering settings set to Oculus suggested and have platform ready to be built on android. What can I do to fix these performance issues? I am sure this is a simple fix. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Lighting: make sure none of your lights are set to ‘moveable’

Also, disabling ‘mobile HDR’ in project settings should give you a boost.
