VR Controllers do not react ingame after packaging

Hello everyone,
I made a smal VR demo recently and wanted to get it running like a normal game. Everything works fine inside the editor, but the motion controllers of the Vive don’t work in the game after packaging it. I can normally look around in the VR demo without any problems. The “hands” are simply laying on the default position on the floor and do not react. Has anyone an idea which settings to change or where to look for a solution ?

Did you do any coding regarding the MotionControllerComponent setup?

Just had another test going and tested with VR Template 4.24. Same issue. Found this: 4.24 Vive controller not showing up after packaging. - VR and AR Development - Unreal Engine Forums
Did not get it to work on my end yet.
