VR Color Profile and Gamma

I’m working on the last weeks on some VR Projects.
I’ve found that the color in VR and in the Editor mismatch …

The thing is that in the VR the scene looks a lot brigther than I see in the Editor.
I’m using HTC Vive, UE 4.20 and no auto exposure enabled.

I didnt find any documentation or anyone talking about this topic.
The only way I found to fast correct this was to use a post process and change the scene gamma settings.
Now the scene in the editor looks a lot darker and looks better on the Vive.

Any thoughts about getting what the user sees on the VR looks similar or identical to what I see in the Editor?

You need to use Postprocessing volume. Mark it as unbounded, set min and max exposure values to 1. And adjust gamma and color if you need.

Or is it much much brighter, like everything is white? Then, it could be caused by Sky Light.

“You need to use Postprocessing volume. Mark it as unbounded, set min and max exposure values to 1.”
Is it needed even if I set Auto Exposure off in the Project Settings?

Yep. Everything is brigther. Not so much, but very different from what the Editor show.
I´ll check this.
