VR application- animation without controllers


I have a problem and I couldn’t find a solid solution anywhere, so I hope you guys can help me…
I’ve created a VR application and wanted to work with blueprints, but I don’t find any tutorials that work without a controller and could tell me what to do.

I have placed trigger boxes with different animations and sounds. Those animations should start when the person wearing the VR glasses is standing in those boxes. Important to know is that I’m not using the motion controllers. I have already found a solution for the sound, but still none for the animation. So, do you guys have a tutorial that could tell me what to do? Basically any tip would help me.
