VR 360 set up lighting

Hi, I’m trying to set up a scene that works similarly to the viewer or 3d vista, so i have a vray rendered image on a inverted sphere with a camera in the middle.
What I’m struggling with is the lighting; unlit mode looks perfect but I can’t package the project with that and I cant seem to adjust the post processing to disable all colour grading, it needs to be the same as the jpg, because we’ve already done post on it in Photoshop.
