I’m not currently aware of any plans to implement any new particle systems. What sort of effect are you hoping to create that you are unable to create with the current system?
Thanks for the info. Here’s an example of a real-time fluid solution EXAMPLE, I think it’s a significant step up in terms of motion quality and overall believability. Especially when you are close to it and in situations where the camera is panning around or following particles, sprite based ones simply have this fake/flat look that comes with it.
