Volumetric Fog - Spotlight going through wall


I need help regarding volumetric fog… i have a spot light pointig towards a wall (door) with a little hole… i need the light to go only in the hole, being blocked by the geometry… but it is not the case when volumetric fog is enable (tt works without volumetric light, where the light just “enters” the hole as expected).

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have that same problem but I’m working with a Directional Light. My light is a stationary light and it has volumetric shadows as a default. ¿Any suggestions?
