please help me to create a volumetric material. Im tryin to do same material as on video from epic games Expand Your World With Volumetric Effects | Inside Unreal - YouTube (approx. 19:30 in video) adding it to a default cube mesh in a map. and its just showing nothing. its complitely transparent.
I was having this issue until I found that volume materials don’t render at all unless your world has an “Exponential Height Fog” actor in it with the volumetric fog enabled. Essentially the information from the material seems to just be modifying the fog, but it can’t BE the fog standalone
