VoIP / Voice chat without steam

Hey, I did some research on VoIP Systems for Unreal but did not find a good way to implement it without Steam. Most links where from 2014 to early 2018, so I was wondering if there is any 2019 way of implementing Voice Chat for 4.21 / 4.22?

PS: Any directions on how to setup Voice Chat with Opus Codec would be appreciated as well.

As of 4.22, Vivox voice chat is included in UE as a plugin. You can find the docs here.

Vivox also has solutions for version prior to 4.22, but the plugin is the easiest way to go.
