Vive - Stereo Layers

Hi, I am trying to use the stereo layers that are locked in world location but in reality the position of the stereo layer is not there where I have specified. There is one thread with the description of same problem as me WorldLocked StereoLayer rendering at wrong location (bug) - XR Development - Unreal Engine Forums Is this intentional by design or just bug or its not ready yet? Thanks in advance.

Anyone that knows what is the state of the stereo layers? Is it finished or?
