Vive Controller and External Player Rotation

Hello everyone!

Im am currently working with a Product called KAT VR ( Picture 1 Attached ).

While working with it in VR, i discovered a big issue. If i rotate myself in the threadmill, the player gets rotated twice as fast.
The threadmill has some sensors and so it will rotate the Players parent Capsule component, but so does also the Vive.
I found the bool i had to tick off to disable the double rotation ( Picture 2 ).

There is just another problem i can`t solve. My Vive controller rotate now with the parent object if i rotate myself.

Is there something i could do to disable that the Controller will rotate together with the parent Object?
I tried a lot of parenting but it didnt work.
