I’m experiencing visual glitches when using Ray Traced Shadows in Unreal Engine. These issues disappear when Ray Traced Shadows are turned off.
The glitches can appear randomly during work but can be reliably triggered by toggling the Path Tracing preview mode on and off. They also tend to occur when there are more than 4-7 light sources in the scene.
Interestingly, the issue is completely resolved when switching to Substrate Materials. However, I’d like to understand the root cause of this problem and how to fix it without relying on Substrate Materials
