Virtual Texturing Crashing Project On Startup

Project was working completely fine yesterday and then when I go to load it up today it crashes on startup everytime.

Assertion failed: TileOffset != ~0u [File:D:/UE/UE-4.26.2/Engine/Source/Runtime/Engine/Private/VT/VirtualTextureDataBuilder.cpp]

How can I fix this and What’s actually causing it?
