Viewport Glitch

Hi there,

Since 2 weeks I am having serious issues in UE5.4.4.
The editor viewport starts glitching 30-50s into startup. Most lights start flickering and there is a second smaller translucent image overlayed on parts of the screen like in the image.

Everything starts glitching and it makes it impossible to work in UE. If i start PIE the gitching starts immediately and gets worse. In Unlit mode the glitching stops.

I tried reinstalling the gpu drivers, even installing old drivers for my 3090rtx but nothing seemed to work. Also the problem persists on other computers.

Does anyone know what this could be? Its driving me crazy.

It’s definitely driver related. You’ll probably need to rollback to an earlier version than you previously attempted as this issue has been seen through several Nvidia driver updates.

I tried going way back to last years drivers and it actually seemed to fix it.
Strange that it just started acting up 2 weeks ago since i didn’t update the drivers then.
