Viewport axes

When I click on “front view,” it places the view so that the positive y-axis is to the left and the positive z-axis is up. All tutorials and videos I have seen have the positive x-axis to the right and positive z-axis up. Is there a reason for this discrepancy (version # perhaps)? I’m attaching a picture of the viewport from the default setup. Thanks for any help!

EDIT: I’ve attached an image from Viewport Basics topic on the UE4 docs for reference. In the image, you can see the positive x-axis is to the right in the front view.

Left view is the one with Z axis to the right…
