(Video inside) Lume GI moving splotches doesnt go away whatever i do

Hi all. I have this issue, i made it simple in an example, heres a video showing the issue LUMENGI

I tried everything to raise Lumen quality in GI. I simply followed tons of tutorials, tried dozens of console commands… nothing works. Those splotches continue to appear, and i dont have a clue what can i do. Please help me im so tired of this i think i can only go back to UE4 and just bake lighting, dont simply understand what is going wrong.

you mean those splotches?

those are temporal artefacts. you pushing lumen, moving stuff around very quickly. it’s computationally expensive to distribute light. especially thru narrow windows. it takes a frame or 2 to resolve those. that’s normal. you gotta chill on the lighting changes.

also… your light is very bright. and… again shining thru a narrow window. it’s not gonna resolve quickly. normal

artist note: you can cheat there. if you put an area lamp in the window you can fake the ambient light entering the window and it being way more stable.

Oh thank you. But without anything moving in a scene. Just a still camera, I render 200 frames of video and the splotches are there and still flickering in that border. No matter the settings. Material in scene have no reflections, and this is only when Lumen is the GI method… Is so frustrating i can only move back to lightmass, there is no way to solve this… :((((

wait, what? … you juggling temporary accounts? jserina and john doe?

good night, then. ugh

? Didnt even notice when i enter with the phone the account is not the same. Weird, still if there is any solution for the problem any kind of useful tip or solution would be really welcome!

Edit: ah yea, the account registered in the browser of the phone is not the same registered in the laptop, so the login takes two different profiles. There is the explanation, if needed (why someone would think im trolling or something when posting this question?)

chill then. maybe you gotta sync your e-mail. static or mobile. it’s just gonna be you.

either way… back to square one. i think you gotta redesign the lighting in this test scene, to not push lumen over the edge. it does fine under natural ligthing scenarios and composition, if you can get it done.
