Is there a way to achieve a ‘unstable flickering’ monitor type effect in unreal4.
I’ve looked at the post processing but there doesn’t seem to be anything in there that can achieve this but maybe I’m wrong. I’ve also considered placing a material between the camera and scene that has a dynamic element which flickers on and off but my limited experiments are not great.
