When I try to export a video, even if it’s only 2s long, I briefly get the progress bar modal but then it goes away and an empty video file is created. The program doesn’t crash, and exporting images works just fine. I have tried reinstalling my OS and Twinmotion but neither resolved the issue.

Additional Notes
I have seen many threads where people have experienced this bug, but there doesn’t seem to be any solution. My client has seen the fly through preview and really wants this video. I have no idea what to do to resolve this bug to be able to export a video.
Thank you so much for your reply, however this did not resolve my issue because I am not using Windows N. From what I see, Windows N means it does not have a Media Player and that the Media Features need to be added, but my version is Windows 11 Home, version 24H2 so the Media Feature Pack is not relevant.
Is there something else I should do for my version of Windows that would resolve the bug? I already tried reinstalling the OS.
@MC_Jut I wanted to follow up here. The link you shared only addresses Windows N users, not Windows 11 Home. Are there any other resources you may know of that could help me resolve this bug?
This has been a show-stopper for me after I updated my Windows 11 Pro version 23H2 to 24 H2. I was able to render image files such as jpg file format but was not able to render useful mpg video files. Any video files that were created were 0kb (useless) I had to restore my operation back to Windows 11 Pro , version 23H2.
