Good evening! I’m not really good at understanding Unreal Engine 4, so I would need help.
I would like to make a Post-Process Material with the effect of VHS, like here:

To be more precise, I’m interested in how to implement poor image quality, as for 2 videos, as well as the shift of color channels and noise, as for 1 video, because I do not quite understand how to make such noise, how to make a shift of color Channels and, in the end, how to make such a bad quality, as if on a real VHS film.
