Summary
I have a custom VFX on my Island which is supposed to be visible to all players when somebody has it, the device settings are also correct but if somebody else has the vfx powerup i can rarely see it.

Steps to Reproduce
Make a player have a VFX powerup and see if others can see it on that player. If they can see it, respawn or get eliminated and see if you can still see it.
Expected Result
All players should be able to see the vfx on the player who currently has a VFX powerup.
Observed Result
Others can’t see the VFX at all or can only see it sometimes.
