Summary
When the player has a VFX Power Up Equipped and it is hidden from the Local Player’s POV, respawning will make it Visible to your own POV.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a VFX Power Up that is hidden to the Local Player
- Pick up the VFX Power Up. It should be Invisible to you.
- Respawn or be Eliminated.
- The VFX Power Up should now be Visible.
Expected Result
When the player is Eliminated with a VFX Power Up, it should stay hidden to the Local Player if the setting is enabled.
Observed Result
When being Eliminated with Local Player POV Hidden, the VFX Power Up becomes Visible.
