Summary
When moving far away from a VFX Creator or Spawner, they do not start up the effects again correctly. They also ignore settings, and must manually be restarted in Create mode to continue emitting the create (or summoned) VFX.

Move out of rendering distance, and simply wait
Move back to the VFX Creator or Spawner
No VFX will be created
Expected Result
The VFX Should begin emitting again once back in the view of it.
Observed Result
The VFX is not emitting and locks up the device when out of view of it for too long.

We really need a third vote for this. I am forced to do a work around that uses a lot of memory.
There is another thread open on this and it says it is backlogged.

The backlog was a while ago.
Oh my issue is actually different. Mine locks up the device when out of rendering distance. That one is about it not running at all, also possibly due to render distance. Though if it is set to apply to the player, render distance should not be an issue as they describe.
My Issue is about the device itself not restarting correctly, and needing a workaround to make it emit the VFX.
Though if they treat it like the same issue, then I could understand that.
