Summary

As seen on video, Alt dragging a control point resets its vertical mesh offset, which causes issues on level design.

Steps to Reproduce

Add a landscape spline
Add a vertical mesh offset to a control point
Alt Drag that control point

Expected Result

vertical mesh offset is the same on the duplicated control point

Observed Result

vertical mesh offset resets to 0
