Verse persistence data resets increased in the past couple of weeks

Summary

Since Epic restored data a while back, I think around a month ago, we had not received any reports of players having data resets. However, in the past two weeks, the reports have come back, and players have started to lose their data again.

This is not only affecting verse persistence but my players are losing data with the stat creator device as well

I have seen this occurring across several islands. Definitely a game-breaking issue and can kill entire maps

Adding on to this, this issue is occurring across all forms of save data, such as save point, trackers, and verse persistence. We’ve had a large influx of players reporting their data being wiped

Can confirm, happened to several players using verse and regular persistence on my maps.

This seems there is a backend problem with syncing data once player is in a “leaving/crashed” state.

Can confirm, was playing a few games on Bed Wars around 10:30pm NZ time Saturday and then the next game all the data was gone from
The persistence devices.

This affects our map as well. We only use the save point device, and we keep receiving reports about players’ kills and inventory being reset.

Players keep losing persistent data on 2 of my maps. The players keep losing achievements, money etc.
