Vehicle fuel consumption doubled in recent update

Summary

With the release of Chapter 7, It seems all vehicle fuel consumption was doubled for balancing reasons in Battle Royal. But this change has also seemed to affect vehicles in creative and uefn as well. A lot of my driving maps rely on vehicles driving for long periods of time before refueling, so this change negatively affects all my maps. In uefn, there is a workaround by setting the fuel burn rate to half the previous rate, but this is impossible in creative 1.0 since you can not get around the 0.5 limitation. So 0.5 fuel consumption after chapter 7 is now 1.0, which goes from about 8 minutes of driving to now around 4 minutes maximum. If this change could be reverted, or expanded settings option for creative that would be greatly appreciated.

Steps to Reproduce

Place any vehicle that uses fuel (sports car, sedan, suv, etc.) and compare the fuel burn rate to the rate before chapter 7.

Expected Result

Setting fuel consumption to 1.0 should give you around 8 to 10 minutes of driving time.

Observed Result

Fuel consumption is doubled

Additional Notes

A few months ago epic announced the restrictions on device settings, the default allow options for fuel consumption is between 0.5 and 2.0. In uefn you can go all the way to 0.0 fuel consumption, which would be fine if the default settings for fuel consumption allowed from 0.0 to 2.0.
