A VDB in the scene (hetergeneousVolume of a cloud) starts clipping at a distance of ± 30500 units>
Is there a way of increasing this distance?
I’m rendering clouds, so big clouds at a distance should still be rendering an not cut off in the middle.
Any settings i can change or commands?
You can check the clipping distance it is currently set by typing in the cmd: r.HeterogeneousVolumes.MaxTraceDistance
And then increasing the distance to a desired number
This also works for fluid sims
