variables in the movement system

I followed the Acromata tutorial (https://youtu.be/XAJU70x1-kI?si=1cf-D00LYYXRkFyh), but my question is what is the value of the movement and jump speed, as this was not programmed in any movement, I also want to know how I could add these variables and make them visible in the editor for future changes
