[Validation][Submission] you have a bug in the my Sanctions and appeals portal. My island submission failed, but the sanction cannot be found

Summary

I added new music ( free to use, free to modify, does not require attribution)

Got rejection email and failure in the creator portal, but when I search in my Sanctions, it is not there. So I cannot appeal.

  1. Add new music (free to use and modify, does not require attribution)
  2. Get email that says “maybe this song violates” immediately on submission.
  3. Try to find the sanction

Sanction is listed

Observed Result

Only old sanctions are listed. The most recent one cannot be found
