Summary

Ran into this problem today and for the life of me can’t figure it out. I was taking things that had HLOD turned on and turning them off cause they weren’t visible from far away in an attempt to save on some memory budget. Upon trying to launch the session to see the results it was telling me that I had a mesh problem with some actor (a random fence piece) and I decided just to delete it in an attempt to fix it however, this problem then arose. I have a validation failure upon launching the game, “Warnings logged while validating asset StaticMesh_myprojectB_DefaultHLODLayer_0 Min LOD value of 0 is out of range 0…0 and has been adjusted to 0. Please verify and resave the asset”. Does anyone have advice or an idea on how to fix this? I can not currently launch my session within fortnite to play it.

I will provide an image of the message log.

Did you ever fix this? Just started having this issue

My problem did get resolved, I don’t know how I exactly fixed it though. I started adding things back to HLOD that I took off before the problem arose, and then it started working again.
