UV Render PAss

Hi everyone
Is there an option in Unreal to render out a so-called UV pass?

I would like to subsequently change/adjust textures in my animations using the UV Pass in post-production.

Unfortunately, after a very long search, I couldn’t find anything that had to do with a UV pass.

If anyone has an idea or a workaround I would be very grateful.
