UV problem in UE4

Hi everyone, I have a normal map problem in Unreal Engine 4. I using 4.21.1 version.

In the UE4 something going wrong. Model have different shadows from the uv seams. How can I fix that? What’s the problem? Lighting, shader, texture map or another thing.
