UV Panner: artifacts on high speed pan

By some reason there is an artifacts in materials with Panner. We tried both pixel and vertex shader and got different artifacts. Maybe we did something wrong so here is different tests:

  1. Original material without Panner:

Have you tried simply plugging the Panner into the Texture sample’s UVs?
