UV Lightmap issue?

Hey guys ive got this broken mirror asset and i cant figure out why the lightmap is giving the these artefacts.

Resolution too low?

Dont think so, it would cause the whole pieces not around the edges.

What’s the lightmap resolution–there’s nothing you could do better with your lightmap UV’s so my best guess is that the edges are bleeding onto the front

What you are experience here is shadow bleeding this is due to poorly optimized Lightmap UV’s, And low lightmap resolution

The left part of the image, a example lightmap UV layer is not optimal

The right image is a better example of a correct lightmap UV layout and should reduce the issues you are having with dither shadow seam leakage.
