Utilizing multiple computers to compile shaders in Multi-User Editing setup

I’m interested in knowing if it is possible to utilize other computers to speed up shader and code compilation through the use of Multi-User Editing setups.

My main machine is a small laptop (barely capable of running the engine, and definitely not capable of compiling shaders), but I’ve recently acquired remote access to a more suitable desktop. Reading a little bit into how the Multi-User Editing setup works, I’m wondering if it is possible to create, edit, and compile shaders on the remote desktop and then utilize them on my local laptop already compiled. Manipulating the 3D viewport over remote desktop is extremely laggy to the point of being unusable, so I want to be able to work with stuff on my local laptop.

Please let me know if this is a possible solution or if there are any better (free) recommendations for utilizing this remote desktop to accelerate my in editor experience.
