Using VR objects placed changes location when Level is restarted.

I’m trying to Block out a room with exact locations of objects and other obstructions, however whenever I start up that level, say, the next day, all the objects are either 6 - 12 inches off, and sometimes even the Scaling is slightly different. is there a way to set the level to not change the scaling, and rotation of the level when I start it up each day?
