Using TAA Upsampling causes artifacts on player character

I would like to use TAAUpsampling for a port of my game.
Using the upsampling makes everything look way sharper but I now have a new issue.
You can see here that there are artifacts/ghosting coming from my character when I move the camera or move the character.

Is there any way to minimize the artifacts of moving objects like the character when using TAA Upsampling?
