Use stylish shaders with bought assets?

So, I just bought a fresh material pack for a level design, but the short I’m working on, I want to have a more stylish/cartoony look. If I set up a cell shaded lighting source, is it possible to build a pseudo-realistic level, but then use the lighting to make it render into a cel shaded environment?


As far as I know there are two ways of making cellshading - materials per mesh or a post process blendable.
